Number called me today saying could they speak to my mum and they were from BT.
Well if they had been from the genuine BT they would have known that my mum had died 5 years ago and the phone bill had been changed to my name. I just said that she was unavailable to take the call for the foreseeable future as she was dead and they hanged up the phone.

Two calls from this number on 15th & 16th October 2019. A female caller stated she was calling regarding the renewal of my BT Sport account. I told her I can do this online and she replied that she could arrange it cheaper. Call ended.
