Very polite but not warranted call

You are likely to have been called in regards to the UK Business Banking Survey. This is a study to measure the service received by UK businesses from their bank. The information is used by the banks as well as the UK Government to improve the service to businesses like yours.
We appreciate that you may not have heard of QRS before our call. We will respect your wishes not to take part on this study.

Called about my experiences with my bank. Didn't ask anything personal and did ask for a email regarding the survey beforehand so I could check if it was legitimate. Overall very happy!

Won't stop calling after declining

Would you allow us the opportunity to investigate as it could be that your number was supplied to us more than once. Keep calling with the same spiel. Have been calling 4-5 times daily. They don't take no as an answer!

You can't block phone numbers on work phone so I suggest creating Excel list and add this number to it. Next time somebody like this calls, CTRL+F their number in the file and if found then, pick up the call and drop it immediately.

QRS keeps calling, with an aggressive young man insisting that I had agreed 18 months ago to do a business banking survey. They called 4 times over three days to get me to do this and I don't remember giving my permission. In the end they got a woman to call and eventually took no for an answer. These calls are a harrassment

Caller said they were market research company asking to speak to the director, advised them they would not get through as they don't take cold calls and to send an email instead.
If this phone number keeps calling you, the answer should be yes!
