I missed a call from this number and called back. An automated voice asked me to name a ward or department. Thinking it was about my mom in the hospital, I said ward 33. The system said the line was busy and asked if I wanted to hold. After trying multiple times with no success, the call would just cut off. When I Googled the number, I found others sharing similar frustrating experiences on this blog.
