    Cold caller... whatever happened to TPS or GDPR rules... company is UK DIRECT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LIMITED, https://www.dbsne.com/ - need reporting to ICO, Rogue Traders etc. Block them.

    Absolutely agree, these damn people cannot take no for an answer. As a business we have to jump through hoops and comply with all the GPDR rules, the ICO and Lord knows who else but it doesn't seem to apply to these people.

    They call and say they will save money STAY WELL AWAY they fish for info so they can call you in currently tied into a contract there reviews on google are all from the staff!!! They are obviously going to say nice things. Don’t tell them nothing they want shutting down

    Same as others, renewal letter ignored except our contract is up for renewal in 2024... it looks like the database hasn't been updated, if you say so fool. very pushy once told, asking to price up pre-purchase, hung up on them in the end I'm not interested and pushiness makes me less interested!

    Andrew from Direct Business Solutions rang today saying our current electricity supplier had asked them to contact us because a renewal letter had been sent out to us in September but we hadn't responded and they wanted to get us set up on a better deal while the prices are low.
    This is total rubbish as we are only in year 1 of a 3 year contract!!
    He was quite convincing, saying he had been authorised by our current supplier to move us onto a better deal and I would think some people would believe this.
    I realy don't understand companies that have to resort to outright lies to try to get your business.
    Beware!!

    Direct Business Solutions (DBS). Called several times but don't seem to know about previous calls they have made. Perfectly polite but it's another sales call. Trying to get the best deal etc etc. Told them I wouldn't be using a broker once contract end with supplier but didn't stop them trying. Quite annoying. Have now blocked their number.
