This call arrived just as I was writing to Talk Talk to complain over previous complaints having been ignored! I had got a letter from them, supposedly a reply, about something totally different! This time I tried addressing the chief executive personally. When the call came (I think it was a second attempt) I heard a woman with an American accent telling me; "Your internet line will be terminated from today onwards." I did not listen for more, aware that thousands of others had received the same. In case Talk Talk are not aware of it, they will be when they get my letter (if they bother to read it).
