Spam from (allegedly) Shell, flogging 'smart' meters (which don't work in this signal blackspot).
I finally picked up the phone after 11 calls from this & v. similar number to my landline over 3 days, including six on one day starting at 10am & finishing at 11.30Pm - utterly disgraceful, I'm on the 'no cold calls' register. Now blocked. If you have BT 1572 Call-minder, you can only block calls you didn't actually pick up the phone for by going online to your account -> security/privacy-> select number -> block->save - fiddly to do but worth it! You see only the last 20 numbers initially, but can choose to see all.
