Could barely understand the Indian lady calling at 8 am this morning on our land line... She mentioned about unsecure Virgin internet and when I complained about calling so early she told me off because it was urgent... Asked to talk to someone else, a guy came on also mentioning Google being compromised too not making much more sense... Told him I would check with Virgin myself and hung up.

I said I was unwell and waiting for a doctor calling me . she then immediately hung up - Obviously not BT technical services and definitely a spam caller. Barred and reported'

Lady said she was from Virgin Media, no name given. Very poor connection. Kept going on about issues with IP usage despite me repeating that the number she was calling doesn't have Internet.

I don’t think so!…
I’ve never used Virgin and when I politely said this she just hung up.
