This company have been ringing me for years. Every time they ring, I ask them to remove me from their database. Sometimes the people ringing are polite, sometimes downright abusive when I ask this. But they NEVER, EVER have removed my number from their database. That makes them a total nuisance in my books, no matter what the TPS says.

Someone called from this number for the first time while I was out. the only way to deal with these ****** ******* is to be really offensively rude to them. THEN THEY DONT PASS YOUR NUMBER ON. If you tell them to do something despicable to a dead pig they wont call you again. Consequently I get very few of these. DONT BE POLITE TO THEM.

Populus may be claiming they are a market research company, but they are carrying out research on behalf of a client stupid enough to pay them.
They are not exempt from the TPS as claimed, do not believe anything they say to you, they will not remove your number from their records. -

I received a call from this unknown number I checked it out on the internet and decided I had no wish to waste time answering any future calls from these people When, it eventually happened that the number called again, I pressed the 'answer button; on my mobile and just put the phone down - out of hand I left it like this for a few minutes and when I checked - no one on the other end! I guess they got fed up of talking to themselves! Works every time - they soon stop making future calls Try it

Call 0191 265 0525 to request that they do not call again.
