utility smart have conned me into a 3yr electric contract at 60% higher price. I am currently in 1yr contract ending on 30/09/17 when I phoned to ask about prices for next yr on 28/06/17 I was told acontract had already been set up since January. I had been duped into a verbal LOA by Nina Jarrett on the pretence of wanting authority to obtain prices and audit my bills.

1/03/2017 I spoke to consultant NINA JARRETT at 09.52 on the where she said that she would find me some renewal prices for my business electricity supply along with checking that I had not overpaid during my current contract.
During that conversation, we recorded a consent contract to allegedly to give her access to my current account history so she could see if I had overpaid at any point. During that recording i clearly stated that I DID NOT WANT TO ENTER A NEW CONTRACT WITHOUT GIVING MY CONSENT.
Less than 10 minutes after the call ended, NINA called my back to say the the recording had not been saved and we needed to re-record it - at this point I was out walking my dogs. The same contract was gone over but I missed out my input of 'DO NOT ENROL ME INTO A NEW CONTRACT WITHOUT MY CONSENT'.
Today (16/03/2017) I called my current supplier to get new rates for the renewal to find out that I had been already got a new contract in place!
I HAVE NOT AGREED TO ANY NEW CONTRACTS WITH ANYONE.
There is no way that I would agree to a 3 year contract.
There is no way I would agree to 15.35p kw/h.

It took me 2 phone calls to find out that I had been misled into a contract and find out who had done it.
I am currently trying to get this cancelled and will be forwarding all the emails to OFGEM.dai evans replied 7/24/17, 9:39 PMany joy with ofgem ?
