   1st - Scottish power are nothing to do we Scotland they are owned and operated by a Spanish corporation.
   Caller was rude and refused to identify themslves and in clear breach of DPA.
   They will ask if you are respnsible for paying the bills you can decline to answer as THIS IS NOT a DPA relvent question.

   This call turned out to be real. I owed Scottish Power a bill but hadn't been paid yet and they were calling to chase it up.

   Constant harassment calls by some claiming to be Scottish Power for late payment of bills, they want you to pay exactly when they call, even if already paid or not even a month since you last paid. They are pushy, don’t listen and constantly harass. I contacted Scottish Power via email about them and they apologised profusely but can’t control it apparently.

   I have called Scottish power to confirm or deny if this number is associated with them. They confirmed the number is NOT A SCAM. They usually call when there is a late payment and want to collect the late payment fee which was the case in my instance.
   However I would still prefer to pay direct to Scottish power which is what I did and haven’t received a call back since.

   Scottish Power harassing for a bill already paid. They have a very poor reputation. I will be looking to change supplier asap.

   Bot first spoke, saying "Scottish Power are trying to contact you; press 1 to talk to an advisor.". I press 1, then some Indian woman asks for my full name and address. I say that I'm not comfortable giving my address over the phone like that - they didn't even say why they were calling - then they put me on hold, then hung up on me.
   
   It's either (1) a scam, or (2) a bad organisation doing dirty work for Scottish Power. Either way, they're untrustworthy and should be avoided.

    Blag, rang it back several times can tell from the first message that comes up it’s a scam, and when I’ve rang back all sounds like members of the same family & having rang the real Scottish power over several times for different reasons I know the actual Scottish power number&voicemail , block this if it calls you, it’s very high risk in my opinion

    Phoned yesterday at 11:57 and claimed to be Scottish Power. I hung up!
