   They have called twice, phone rang for about 4 secs each time then they cleared the line without speaking and before I had chance to answer.

   Bought a car from Johnsons Oxford in July. Saw comments on here. Car is 12 months old and was serviced at point of delivery. Subsequently received voice mail. Never answered. Why were my pwsonal details passed to Redditch. They have a number of branches but only pestered by this branch.

    Johnsons seem to outsource their service bookings to a call centre. I have made a service appointment in the past but the staff had limited knowledge and I ended up getting an appointment time when the garage was closed. I would deal directly with the garage in the future.
