Said they were from Domestic and General calling about my soon-to-expire washing machine warrantee.
I asked them to send me details, but she asked for my date of birth for security reasons. I refused. I said I couldn't verify who she was. She hung up on me. Must be a scam. Otherwise D&G have a very poor recruitment and training process! -

This caller was calling on behalf of mumble-mumble and general. Mumble-mumble-mumble.... so unprofessional and rude and a tad aggressive too when I said I couldn’t understand him, because I couldn’t very well hear him.... Blocked!
