Alleged company keep calling, texting and also writing claiming disturbingly, to be acting as a third party on behalf of Virgin which is absolute rubbish!!! I have been told byu Virgin to ignore when I reported this to them.

Debt collection for DVLA. Company is ran on a bonus basis, they will harass, chase and threaten even when there has been a genuine misunderstanding/mistake which ends up with having received an undisputed fine.
Do not call them, do not give them any information they don't legally or technically need.
If paying them, use the method of least information, normally an 'Advantis reference' number.
Any letters/calls are automated to run/call at specific/robotic times, so do not let them 'Scare' you into feeling threatened. -

Keeps callling & calling me relentlessly about some account? No details so Have no idea who they are or what they want. Never answer calls from numbers I don’t recognise but this company has Harrased me to the point I answered just to get it to Stop! Automated as it was at night asking me to call them back but gave me no details as to why, won’t be calling them Ever
