01914265432 is a marketing company called 2Touch. They are used by EDF Energy for cold calling.

I Hate 2Touch reported 2Touch (EDF) with the number +441914265432 as Telemarketer
Like many of you on this site and others, I have been harassed by calls from 2Touch.
Had some very ‘heated’ discussions with them, but clearly they have very thick hides.
I decided to complain direct to EDF, via their complaints service – email address and procedure available on their website. (email: [email protected]).
I complained of “Telesales Harassment”, insisted they instruct 2Touch to remove my number and stop calling. I also promised to change my electricity supplier if they were unable to satisfy my complaint/request urgently. I also took the opportunity to quote their ‘customer policies’ which are:
Is this a fair thing to do?
Are we being professional?
Are we offering products, services and advice that are appropriate for each customer’s needs?
Are we being transparent and communicating clearly?
Are we being honest? Including admitting mistakes and acting quickly to put them right.
Emailed complaint on 4th July, received resolution today (7th July) with many apologies and confirmation that my number has been withdrawn and that I would not be bothered again by them.
Let’s hope it works, but I think everyone should do similar in the hope that EDF either understands that this practice is unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable and/or that we as customers will not tolerate such treatment.

There is some revenge to be had. Firstly send an email to their complaints dept and make sure you send it with a read receipt. State that you will be charging the company a few for answering thier calls (perhaps £15 per call). Then keep track of any further calls which you answer...make sure you get the sales persons name. Then send the company the bill for you time/fee for answering unwanted call. If they don't stop the calls after that take them to a small claims court to recover your fee. :-) I did this and won!CJDG replied 8/3/16, 11:02 AMI LOVE Ian's approach - just what I would do if I had the time...WELL DONE! A number of phone calls over a few days, decided to answer it & of course, telemarketing. But actually the lady was very pleasant, went on to explain the better tariff available on my account and my bill has now been reduced by £32 per month, so although annoying, for me it might be worth it!

These people have rung several times and again a few minutes ago despite me asking them just yesterday to stop calling me then they begin by saying they are calling on behalf of EDF and ask for Mr or Mrs......I am a 'Miss' then ask who my energy provider is. I responded yesterday by explaining that bills and providers are not my responsibility and to not call again but they won't give up. I have been hounded over the last 2 days by various companies although I have TPS in place.
colin replied 8/18/14, 2:00 PMAlthough you are registered with TPS, it's important that you report any new numbers that contact you. They will add them to your numbers which make it illegal for them to contact you afterwards.
My message to you is never never never complete ANY SURVEY with no matter who, as all the answers, including any questions you don't answer will be passed on to other companies for profit. they will adjust all your answers to suit their needs, and you will be plagued with phone calls, emails and unwanted mail if they have your address.
Those competition sites are the worst. -

EDF had tried my landline a few times before getting through on my mobile on the second attempt. Bothe those numbers are genuine details held about me by EDF.
The call was to schedule the fitting of a smart meter.
Rating would be 1 if they left an answer message rather than just ringing off. -

Caller said they were from EDF and they required my personnel information before they could talk to me, I refused, the caller was not happy and I ended the call. Have now changed my phone details on my electric account and phoned 0800 4080810 to remove my number from their system. The call came from a very busy call centre. I have no idea how this untrustworthy company has my telephone number, they have been ringing me for several months on my landline today it was on my mobile.

This number calls me 5 times a day, each time i spend about 10 mins winding them up by talking utter bo11ocks to them. Then i looked them up online and you can call their parent company "Parseq" on this number 0191 525 7000. i've just been dialling the number and hanging up when they pick up. If they are going to bombard me with telemarketing, i'm just giong to call and call them until they dont pick up the phone anymore

Aggressive impersonator pretending to be EDF and wanting to gain entry to your house for allegedly smart meter installation. Sounds like a scam. There were no documentation or any arrangements with EDF regarding this.

This is an EDF proxy called 2 Touch. Sh**bags who essentially harrass you to switch back (in my case) as if it was the only guaranteed way to snag a sale. Email EDF boss and tell him what you think of his outsourced teams of hucksters at [email protected]

A caller rang on my mobile claiming to be from EDF Energy but then it is not an official EDF Energy number. I recently moved house and she wanted to know all sorts of info about me. Which I did not give. When I asked her to tell me what the last 3 digits of my new or old EDF account was...she said she couldn't tell me. No one should speak to anyone over the phone about this sort of stuff!!!!

This number calls us every day. They are calling from a number that seems to dial from outside the UK ( probably to get round the TPS rules). I called the landline version of the number 01914265432 and got an American voiced automated machine telling me that the number is not in service.
Might try the email EDF route or report to TPS -

Call from a British-sounding telemarketer claiming to call from EDF. Clearly in a busy call centre - lots of noise in the background, difficult to hear him. Says he wants to "discuss how EDF could give me a better tariff" for my electricity. Told him that I don't wish to discuss this on the phone, asked to send details by post. He still wanted to talk. Told him this was bad timing, and asked him again to send details in the post. He said he'd call in the evening instead, at which point I made it quite clear that I don't want him to call me at all, asked (for the third time) to send me details in the post and hung up on him.

Had a few missed calls. So i rang it back, EDF. The automated system said please dial 0800 408 0810 if you wish for your number to be removed. I rang, got through to another auto system, it said please press 1 to be deleted from the call list. Did, then it said it can take up to 24hrs to be removed
