   Even advising you to have a solicitor?
   When you ring the number it says this number is not available.
   The phone call sounds alarming and worrying.
   Ibut it doesn't address as to whom the phone call is for.

   Got within seconds of scamming my 81 year old grandmother out of £4000. I managed to step in at last minute to prevent any damage. Elderly people need more warnings about this scam!

   Three phone calls within 90mins - two from this number and a third International call all with same message - unless I respond immediately HMRC will take immediate legal action. HMRC would never act like this.

   Left 3 messages on our answer machine saying to phone back to avoid legal action! Not the sort of phone call an elderly or vulnerable person would want to receive!

   It a scam HMRC do not phone they send letters. If you get a warrant for your arrest they are not going to give you heads ups they would just come and arrest you no warnings.
