will constantly call if you owe credit to them, for example if you have bought something via DD from your bank attached for paypal, and the funds have not been available. so basically chasing you to pay them.

I awnsered and all in one breath he said:
"Hi this is paypal this call is being recorded for monitoring purposes please can I have your email address"
to which I replied:
"Good morning paypal, I'm also recoding this call"
An that's as far as I got because they hung up.
I contacted paypal through my account and there is no record of a call being made to me, an there is no problem with my account ie out of date card, negative balance, balance owing to me ect ect.
So they have taken the number and I have sent a copy of my recording over to them via email for them to investigate. -
Constantly calling 2/3 times a day, leaving me voicemails! Called them up, first thing they asked for was my bank details! Told them my phone said it was suspected scam and she said she can't tell me why its coming up with that.

Paypal recorded message. I don't know if they had a wrong number because I don't have any paypal account, so I hung up the phone and I blocked the number.
